Notice to All Users

** Notification Post Date: January 11, 2023 **

• The Ministry is transitioning to a new Contract Management System effective February 13, 2023.


• To ensure effective data migration to the new system, WBCMS will enter a ‘read only’ mode effective 5pm January 20, 2023.  Users will be unable to edit or create new records after this time, but will have access to view existing contracts.


• Users are encouraged to finalize or process any existing records in WBCMS as applicable prior to January 20, 2023.


• Further information, training details and instructions for users will be communicated via email.
